You must not share your password with any third party. jmt777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. Prior to processing your first withdrawal — or at any point where we deem it necessary — we will request supporting documents to verify your identity and funding source. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a current passport, and bank statements or e-wallet transaction records consistent with your deposit history. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following standard KYC checks. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

You must only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where we identify a third-party funding source, the deposit will be reversed, the Account suspended, and the matter referred for investigation. jmt777 will not be liable for any loss you suffer as a result of a third-party deposit reversal.
Withdrawals will, by default, be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jmt777 are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus Fund amount (e.g., a 30x requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires total wagers of Rp 30,000,000 before any withdrawal is permitted).

All sports wagers are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI, BWF) or the recognized data provider used by jmt777 at the time of settlement.
